My lifetime plan suddenly expired after just 70 emails being sent this month. This is unacceptable as my clients might lose business because of this. I see it's a common problem so what the hell is happening here?

My lifetime plan has suddenly 'expired' as it is showing on my sendinblue account. Please can you explain how a lifetime plan has expired?

I thought this was a lifetime plan but it shows my account plan had expired today and the email credits etc are now 0
