Edited my review after experiencing some growing pains such as getting stuck in onboarding loops. I would have expected more complicated bugs than login.

unable to activate product - would not let me past the Profile (name, phone) setup step.

had to log out to ask the site AI for help - no help there either. no way to chat with support. AI suggests emailing, but if I cannot even get step 1 of the app platform to work, I dont want to start chasing support.

The founder of this app's mindset is to make a profit at any cost.
Proof of this is that he charges credits to deliver public data.

So, if you want to enrich a simple lead list with public emails using SendR, it will cost credits.

The founder obtains public data for free from LinkedIn and charges his users to deliver it.

Any other lead scraping app doesn't charge for delivering public data.
But SendR does!
And it's not cheap!

We know this mindset isn't sustainable and that an app that does this won't survive long in the market, as it charges to deliver something its competitors provide for free.

Great product! I don't understand how anyone could leave a bad review for Sendr. I read some reviews saying this was difficult to use regarding the UI being confusing. I did not find that to be the case at all. Building a template is a simple process where you can easily follow the fields in order on the left of the template builder screen. Uploading contacts is straightforward by CSV. Lead finder is a great tool with almost 500 million possible B2B contacts. All-in-all, I'm very happy with this purchase. I originally purchased the tier 3 and I will be upgrading to tier 4 today before I lose a chance to max out this plan. IMO this product is one of those no-brainer purchases on Appsumo. If I can't get my money back on this purchase within a week of using this, then I'm either not using it or somehow using it wrong, which seems hard to do.
