Hi,

When will do you have API so that we can send data automatically from other platforms?

Thanks,

Hello Tomo,

Thanks fro your question.

The Webhook API is planned for Q4 22.

For the moment, you can use our Zapier integration.

Hope it helps

user-avatar

The API will be included in the Pro plan, correct?

Tomo,

please reach out to our feedback/roadmap page to share with us what platforms you are more interested in

Yes it will

Are there any development plans to make this app operate similarly to the likes of qualitative apps : Nvivo, Maxqda, Atlas etc.? It will influence my decision to keep the app.

I think there could also be a significant MRR opportunity there.

Hey octococonut

The answer is probably YES but...

YES in the sense where our our target is those who need to do qualitative analysis on versatile text data. Highlights, comments, are definitely in our roadmap. Adaptation to Interview transcripts too, tough we need to find satisfactory solutions

but... we want to stay MUCH MORE easy to use, nocode than softwares you are mentioning. And we don't necessarily want to mimic all the qualitative techniques/ways if we can bypass them by great UI and great AI.

Hope it helps

I like the app. And thank you for listening by increasing the limits. It is much appreciated. I am of course using this app for questionnaires, but I have another potential use. I’m also thinking that this could be tweaked to be used in the academic field. Such as when one is conducting qualitative research and analysis.

Is it possible that the app could be further developed and tweaked to make it more compatible with the academic field for students conducting qualitative research? I think that would open up a huge global market for MRR.

Hello Octococonut

Thanks for this encouraging feedback.

You are absolutely right! In fact, one of our clients who is a LEAN consultant, is using SimpleX to process his fields/factory interviews. He has a well structured questionnaire template. He is capturing answers into a spreadsheet, import it in SimpleX .... et voila. One of the filter is "respondent". Sentiment analysis and originality scores are pretty useful to rapidly spot problems and weka signals.

Well adapted to focus group too.

The only constraint is that you need to capture in a relatively structured/clean way the input. Plain audio transcripts are often too messy.

user-avatar

Thanks.

I also referred to the possibility that the development extends to the academic field, something close to the following apps`; Nvivo, Atlas, MaxQda etc,

Could this app be developed to reach close to these?

Hey octococonut

Sorry for not fully answering, but I am not sure to understand what Academic encompasses for you. If it relates to specific pricing or features, please reach out to us.

As far as ATLAS or NVIVO are concerned, I guess you can count on us to provide in the future enhancements in AI-powered features to support:

- Survey data analysis (already stronghold)

- Focus group & community analysis (already relevant)

- Interview analysis

Less so in Literature review and User research

I use GummySearch for Reddit research (which I love).

If I want to use SimpleX to analyze a subreddit, can I simply upload a CSV file from GummySearch into SimpleX and then let your platform go to town?

Thanks!

Hi Scrittiwolf

SimlpleX is at its best when dealing with answers to open questions: from surveys, workshops, whiteboarding tools, consultations, reviews...

It is not optimized for heavily conversational material such as Subreddits.

It will work fro sure: you'll get keywords, semantic search, filter... nut due to the messy status (many levels and sublevels ) magic features like content suggestion will not provide optimal results,

Hope it helps

Is there a tutorial available online (Youtube?) about the use of Simplex, because I can't find it anywhere.

Especially, showing a use case from A to Z.

Thanks!
