I haven't been able to get this product to work and adding even the smallest of data sources is painfully slow. It will not accept MD markdown files and adding private files from cloud storage like dropbox is not possible. When I uploaded images they are not run through any OCR and only said "I'm unable to analyze or describe the image you've provided". Adding more than one file at a time does not seem possible (at least on mobile) and I could not find a way to nest or link data sources once they're added. It's nice to see there is an actual native android app, but it's limited compared to an already lacking site.

Tried the chrome extension and website to see the features.

Chrome extension doesn't work. When you click to sign in nothing happens.

Some website features work but others don't. For instance when you try to import a reel from Instagram which it says you can do it imports the links from Instagram and not the actual reel audio or video where you can ask it questions. Also the chatbot doesn't work well when talking with it.

After testing Tier 1, I discovered a system with impressive capabilities but several areas needing improvement. While it excels at understanding context and processing files quickly, my initial experience revealed several limitations - though the developers have been responsive to feedback.

The Good

1. Fast processing: Uploading and processing my large text document was impressively quick
2. Efficient summaries: Generated document summaries with minimal wait time
3. Context retention: Maintained context and memory throughout our conversation
4. Detail tracking: Successfully remembered added details for future reference
5. Conversation flow: Handled follow-up questions while preserving earlier context

Initial Limitations

1. Token limitation (UPDATED): Response length was initially capped at 274 tokens despite having answer length set to "long" - the team has since increased this to 1320 tokens after feedback. It may not seem like much, but 1320 tokens are 1150 words!
2. Video size restrictions: While smaller videos (94.1MB) upload successfully, larger files like 500MB Zoom recordings fail - developers have promised to increase limits to 1024MB soon
3. File management issues: Deleting files is problematic, with the delete function sometimes failing to remove files completely

Bottom Line
Tier 1 performs admirably for quick information extraction and basic Q&A. The development team has shown responsiveness to feedback by increasing token limits, with promises to address video size limitations soon. However, the software still needs work on file organization, content preview features, and overall UX. It's a promising tool with solid fundamentals that could become excellent with continued development and refinement. (Updated 3-11-2025) Changes made: I added two tacos, bringing it up to 4 from 2 as the changes have improved the product greatly.
