cool idea but still very beta
Just installed tier 2 tried to upload a video but not possible.

I wish I could give this more tacos but...
So I bought Tier 2 and would like to upgrade to Tier 3 because this product is very promising.
But at the moment I'm facing two issues, one of them being major: whenever I try to process a video that's more than 30 min long (and way less than 2 Gb which is the limit) I get the same error message "Task took too long to complete". This kinda downsizes the experience with the copying and pasting of YT links. At this time the products also lacks more caption style options, which I believe they'll ad in the future (animated emojis, floating animations and so on).
With these elements fixed the product would be a solid 5 tacos to me.

What a bummer!
I really wanted to like this tool. I was super excited to try it out as this kind of tool was something I had been looking for. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I tried 2 different videos from YouTube (one of 2 minutes and the other of 7 minutes), with different settings and even with just the basic settings for the query, they all came with "Task tooks too long to complete!" message. They did take a long time but it's too bad that I had to wait for nothing :(
Giving it 3 tacos as it may be an user-error issue and the UI is pretty intuitive. But sadly, I'll be returning as it didn't work for me.

Great tool, could use some refinement
I like the simple interface, makes it easy to navigate. Does what it sets out to do, taking a longer form talking video and splicing it up into relevant segments.
I would love a few extra tools such as custom trimming a clip if you don't like where it cut. Also, I noticed it has highlight tools, supposedly for highlighting the exact word as it's being spoken, but nobody on our team could figure out how to get that to work.
