Q: I am a little confused.
If I choose the Tier 2 plan, which offers 2 workspaces, 3 users, and 60 social profiles, how many clients can I handle? If it's only for 2 clients, why are you offering 60 social profiles? If it's meant for as many clients as can fit within the 60 profiles, then that makes sense.

Yeah, we're overly generous on the number of social profiles we allow per client, but each workspace is designed to be used for a single client. This keeps all of their data, reports, preferences, social profiles separate so you can log in once and just switch between your clients to service them. You can manage more than one client in a single workspace, but it isn't as convenient. We have a help article that gives tips for doing this and expands on the risks of doing it that way. Maybe your lower tier clients can all share one workspace and your higher paying clients get their own? That's how some agencies are handling this.
