- Hello Craig, Can you confirm the following limits or correct if not true: 1. 1000 posts per day is a limit on the Workspace-level and not the whole Socialmonial account level 2. There's a Workspace-level limit of 1500 scheduled posts at any given time [limit of queue for all connected social profiles within the workspace]. I've read multiple times in your comments that there's no limit to scheduling posts. Will you be considering increasing this limit? Soon? As it means, if we have 30 profiles in a workspace, and say we are posting 5 times a day, we can schedule a maximum of 10 days at a given time. Many thanks in advance.
- Is there a number of codes where we will get all pro and premium services. I don't want to be faced with upsells later on for Sumolings. Like I would want to know exactly how many codes gives me everything, as of now there are some upsells for sumolings to enterprise, which im not sure what that entails then some other ones. Also your chat is broken right now, probably cause of sumoday overload.
- How can we add the "AI label" for our content?
- Can I create posts with more than one image to be posted to Instagram? 2. Can Socialmonials handle auto-DM? Like, when a comment contains a trigger word, an automatic DM is sent?
- Any plans to have AI built into the software? Ideally it would be great if we could enter a bussines URL and AI learns the business and creates relevant posts based on the URL. If you allow us agencies to bring our own API key would be great. Any plans for this?
