Confusing and Glitchy
I can't move my post schedules in the calendar.
Also please stop sending 187468416378 emails a day.

Jul 6, 2024Hello, we send 1 onboarding email per day for the first 14 days and then no more. I just checked our live chat system and couldn't find your question about this. Please go to our 24/7 live chat for help.
We have a Queue system, so if you have posts scheduled for a specific time or if you used our 'Optimal Times' feature, you will be able to drag your post to a new time in the Marketing Calendar. However, if you are using our Queue system, it will follow the Weekly Schedule based on the Category of the post. Please go back to the Publisher, go to the 'Schedule' tab, and drag around, add, or delete scheduled send times from there. This will automatically move around any posts in the Queue that were assigned to a Category that is selected for the scheduled send times that you moved.
