I was initially happy with my purchase, but my satisfaction turned to disappointment when I noticed my posts did not go live at the scheduled times. Upon contacting Socialmonials support, I was told they are "working on improvements" but provided no timeframe for a fix. The primary purpose of a social scheduler is to post content at the specified date and time, not to post it 30+ minutes later. This delay defeats the purpose of using a scheduling tool.
