I like this product, however, one thing missing is the unified inbox like VistaSocial where we can view and reply to comments made on the various posts. I also like the VistaSocial dashboard where it shows the last few posts. I have both products and use Socialmonials more but I wish they would implement the inbox that they have been promising for quite some time.
