Custom branding shows included for each tier but I saw in response to another question that it is only for tier 5 and higher. Is the page not updated or has this changed? If I purchase tier 3 and do not buy the add-ons now, will that mean I will not have access to them later or ever(once it leaves appsumo)? And no automation runs with these deals?

For add-ons, you can get it while its on LTD or else you can get it when it moves to annual recurring add-ons.
Automation runs are available on Tier-5 and above.

A: 1. For CRM feature, you can integrate with Outlook and Gmail and start sending and receiving emails directly from your records. It syncs the email threads with that email ID.

Q: add more seats to old plan? + limitation on AI output
if i add more seats to older plan will i get the benefits of prior plan?
also there seems to be a limitation on AI output, the answers seem to be cut off after a while - like it doesnt provide the full answer. I have my Gemini API attached and there is no settings to fix the output size. Its becoming quite a struggle. Dont think this was the case before.

Given the upgrades 'required' to make this a usable product (Powerups, and to a lesser degree, Marketplace) - which are sold after you purchase from Appsumo, what happens if I request a refund with these products?

A: There's no refund for any add-ons. Please see our video tutorials and help center guides to understand if those features will help you streamline your workflows, prior to making an informed purchase.
These add-ons are generally available on our higher tier recurring plans, but we're making it available for the LTD users.
Thank you for your reply, ill have to reconsider the purchase for the time being as these updates are not being sold with the protection appsumo provides. Looking at the comments, the powerups are required for basic functions, adding colours etc, that way of selling makes this a much more difficult to purchase.
