Your feedback and rating is totally unfair!

As you know, we have informed you 2 times by email: AUP Violation (MySQL Storage)

- 1st time on 3rd of May

- 2nd time on 5th of may

We have screenshots as a proof if is necessary to show them to Appsumo staff.

You ignored our emails, you didn't replied or fix it the issues.

We have allowed you about 3 days to fix the issues (instead of only 24 hours which is standard) but you didn't replied or ask for any assistance.

We have tried to be flexible and to help you contacting you 2 times!

But we can't do nothing if you don't reply to our emails.

Even better than expected

People said that the customer support was great. I sent in two questions to support and the AVERAGE response time was 2 minutes and 15 seconds. Seriously...nothing is that fast. I also started the process to change the NS's for one of my websites that I haven't built, yet. I didn't' realize there was a website builder included as one of the tools...so I started to look for a "coming soon" page and ended up building the whole website YESTERDAY. I had some of the copy already written and a few images I wanted to use...but I seriously got a draft up within and hour, or so...and I'm NOT savvy with this stuff. I didn't understand the difference between transferring a domain and hosting it when I started. I bought another web builder on Appsumo last month...and I actually liked the one included here better. More than 5 tacos...if I could.

Great Hosting & Experience

I have to say, this is a great deal and hosting package. That being said, it does take a little to get used to the Client Hosting Area and the differences between the client panel and the more traditional Cpanel, type arrangments. I have successfully migrated five WordPress sites over in my first two days on the platform, and any hiccups I have experienced have been helped by the support team. So far, I cannot fault the experience, and thank you. Email set up is easier than most as well. A great deal, a good experience and a long relationship going forward.

So far so good

I have been using starthost now for a few months. I haven't had any issues. I try not to waste any time from support given that i have a LTD for hosting and now that customer reps cost money that will put them out if everyone continually contact them. That being said I have found the information I need to do everything I need to do. I am not a right of beginner but I am no expert. Using internet search engine to find whatever you need.

ps they also have their own docs to read for help
