What about language teaching videos?

Hi, I already searched about the supported languages, as far as I understood there are a lot of supported languages.

But can we create a video in which 2 languages are used?
For instance: a Spanish teacher teaching in english but of course during the video Spanish terms/sentences are also used.

Is that possible to achieve?
