Support is not sufficient

When I first used the platform, 6 months ago, it seemed, and it is rather well documented.

So, I have got 4 codes.

We haven't had the time to go through this platform, and so we have developed only the proposals part and the onboarding flow (the latter as there was a video that explained the steps).

The support team was polite and helpful at the beginning but after the two months they were just polite without any substantial support onwards; they were keep replying to read the documentation or even worst the steps they were suggesting were not available in my end.

There were cases, I had to ask again and again in order somebody to fix it in their end.

Not to mention that I got the feeling at some point that unless I get their bundle I won't have the appropriate support; they assured me that this is not correct, and I don't want to doubt for the moment.

I had a problem with the tags - a basic feature for a CRM - and today after waiting for a solution for 2-3 months, they announced me that it may take months.

I hope that they will fix the matters; in that case, I will be happy to submit a 5star review.

I have been using Suite Dash for over 9 months with a lifetime access plan. At first, I was like "wow" all these features and customization. However, when work started to kick in and I got clients. Suite Dash started to be really slow and unorganized. For example: if I go into a projects, I don't see assigned Invoice or Subscription with the project, or the clients details. I have to go to the menu, find the invoice, find the client etc... Because I'm going back and forth... the system is really slow. like takes a good 9 to 10 seconds to load to go from projects to invoices.

Also, I'm in the UK so suitedash has caused issues within my business. Due to EU laws, Stripe has upgraded their 3D Bank Authentications when payments are made. I asked suitedash 6 months ago, then 3 months ago, and literally last week about upgrading Stripe API 3D Authentication. I've been told, yes, coming weeks or days... yes next month..

It's been 7 months now and my client's subscriptions and invoices are being declined by stripe due to SuiteDash not upgrading the integrations. This left me doing payments manually. Looks really unprofessional from my client's point of view as well. So, my question is, when is the system going to be speeded up, and when is Stripe integration going to happen. Because latetly you have been releasing updates which are not that important compared to payments being declined.

Anyways... hope this gets sorted. I've already been setting up a new system called Agiled, which is very fast, has modern UI/UX same features, and upgraded stripe integration.

Maybe stop releasing updates that are not important and focus on the important stuff like making it faster, payments being accepted properly, and upgrading your UI.

Slow, Cluttered, Lots of upsells

As others have mentioned, the app is slow and cluttered. There is a steep learning curve for biz owners and clients to use SuiteDash, to the point that I wouldn't subject clients to the software as currently setup. And while the speed of the website has improved over the last month (2 stars, rather than 1), it is still slower than competitors.

I would also add one comment that others haven't focused on: there are way more upsells with SuiteDash than other LTDs I've bought. I understand they want to move LTD folks into something that generates MRR, so no problem there. I know that is a controversial opinion here, but I don't mind an LTD that slowly transitions to an essentially deeply-discounted (monthly fee) mature product.

But...I think most folks are willing to pay only if the current product is actually on par with competitors. I don't feel it's fair to hook folks with an LTD and then try to upsell incremental feature additions while not improving the overall product.

Good but confusing and clunky

Good tool but a bit too clunky.

User interface is confusing but I just started... appears a bit overwhelming.

I can't seem to get the recurring generator working. Same with dynamic customer variables - cannot figure out where to use them in the invoice (OD generated).

I don't think I can open a ticket, just chat and send an email over the chat window.

I cannot see any online chat customer support in real time.

I hope they realize for a first time user the user interface is very confusing.

Wish they can give me a demo where I can show them what I try to do and guide me along.

Seems like there are some bugs and shortcomings...

It could be so amazing if it wasn’t so slow. Each page load takes a minute or more and my clients won’t use it because it was just spinning. A page finally loaded after 10 minutes!! I’m very sad because other than the slowness the product is exactly what I wanted. And I’m out of the refund window after contacting support about the slowness many times. Too slow to be effective. 😞
