Hello Mike, I am reaching out as I a am bit frustrated. You have developed a nice platform but it pointless if the features are not working. I am getting problems all the time that either resolved after some time or take weeks waiting for the Dev Team to find a solution. We had a discussion on how gentlemen behave in your part of the world and I do believe that you are a gentleman, customer-centric that tries to do his best. I don't want to believe that these delays are a way to "force" clients to buy the VIP Bundle. I bought 4 licenses having in mind that one way or another I will have a decent customer support. I haven't reviewed so far SuiteDash either at Appsumo or elsewhere because I believe that you are doing a great job but I need to use the solution. I was supposed to send a proposal to a circle but I have to send one by one my document to over 100 people - duplicate, set parameters, finalise and start over from the scratch. I hope that my issues happened accidentally and I look forward to enjoy what you have promised. Thank you, Theo

    I am 'piggy-backing' off of Theo's post. I bought this months ago. I've been slow to set up, because I'm still setting up content and taking courses for my new coaching/offerings. But I have worked around in SD.

    Since SD has rolled out new Power-ups, I've lost components to features that pushes me to have to pay a monthly fee in order to get the functionality that I already had (yes, after my free trial period). I was stunned to see this happen.

    I've been working online as a creative social media mgr, proj mgr, and designer (and working towards grief and awakening coaching) for almost 9 years. I have seen a lot of things online that continues to show me who and what I do NOT want to be as I grow. Taking pieces of a software feature away to force people to pay more (after being given full usage after paying your offering on AppSumo) is completely unethical. I even read somewhere that I would always be grandfathered in as the app grows and upgrades (because after this happened, I began researching SD and reviews online).

    I had dialogue in the beginning stages with SD, and they were awesome and friendly. This has left me disappointed and confused.
