Q: Inquiry about Independent Project Management and Private Chat Functionality
My work with clients is organized into independent projects requested individually. Each service is treated as an autonomous project that the client can hire separately. To activate the service, the client completes a form on my portal.
Each service should have a specific private chat for that project, ensuring that communication is independent and private. Is this possible with your tool? I am currently using https://getzendo.io/

1. Project Visibility: In SuiteDash, every Project is entirely private and isolated. Only those who are directly assigned to the Project—whether they are Staff members or Clients—can see it. If a Staff member or Client isn’t assigned to a Project, it will be completely invisible to them. This ensures that your independent Projects are handled securely and privately.
2. Private Communication: For each project, SuiteDash offers two distinct communication tools:
• Client Talk: This feature allows for secure, private conversations between you and your Client, specifically within the context of that Project. This keeps all Client-related discussions organized and separated from other Projects.
• Team Talk: If you have Staff members working on the Project, you can also have private, Project-specific conversations with them that the Client won’t see. This ensures internal communications stay confidential, while still keeping everything Project-focused.
3. Project Creation via Forms: SuiteDash makes it easy to generate (and update) new Projects based on Client submissions. When your Clients fill out a Form on your portal, a new Project can be automatically created according to the specifications you provide and the data they submit. Not familiar with the product you mention, and we're not able to make comparisons with other apps as we don't watch or keep track of other apps. It just wouldn't be worth trying as, by definition, it would be uninformed.
But, with all that said, it sounds like the requirements you mentioned are definitely within SuiteDash's capabilities.
And, we have a pretty substantial update iteration planned from the Projects Toolkit in which we will be addressing a long list of features and changes requested by the Community.

Hi Juan, sorry we don't have a video along those lines, but you can see screenshots in the Documentation. Keep in mind that these "chats" are designed to be "accountability logs" so that you can keep all the discussions visible and transparent, so there is never a problem with "he said, she said" disagreements. They can't be edited, and they can't be deleted for this very reason.
