I'm most interested in the support ticketing features yet am having a hard time finding any documentation and/or videos around it.

Can you please point me to it?

I'd like to use suitedash to centralize customer support tickets and assign team members to the email tickets when they come in.

I'll likely purchase top tier though wanted to see it in action prior to purchasing.
