- I've used lots of different CRMs and changing a Staff Role is one of the most basic functions. Suitedash doesn't allow for downward role changes, only upward. This is a huge deal breaker because staff members change departments, roles, and/or get demoted, so their rights should be allowed to be changed both upward or downward, not just upward. Is this something that is going to be changed in the future?
- When would it be available again in AppSumo?
- Cant access the website (cloudflare says it is down?) Your file transfer, what are the limits of the file size, and number of times people can download them?
