I'm sorry to write this — I tried and I tried. META is impossible to connect with, and that is not Support Board's fault, but then I tried with many other chat apps — after a while I gave up on the cloud option and purchased their WordPress plugin. Same problems!

The only way to interact with customers is via your support board chat interface in the WordPress admin panel or the cloud panel in your browser. Zero real time notifications. No ability to chat via mobile, via Line or Telegram... or know if someone has attempted to reach you! I have tried over and over — there are no webhooks available to use so that instant access is achieved.

I realize that META may have worked if they did not have such stringent usage requirements, but it's unbelievable that we can't use a single chat app to connect to this application online.
