Q: I'm finding the app doesn't work

i log into my account that hosts videos in the "private" tab. Then I click "download" but when I do that, the tool tells me to log into my pages via the "private" tab, and can't parse my videos -- which is exactly what I just did. Can you clarify why it's telling me to do something that I'm already doing?

A: Hello Vik, thanks for contacting us. This notice also appears when a download failure or the site is not supported. Would you please share which platform you were trying to download videos from? You can share the video link to support@nablamind.com and we will check it.

Also, you can try these solution to see any change:
1. Check VPN: If you’re using a VPN, disable it and test SurFast Video Downloader again.
2. Clear Cache: Go to SurFast Video Downloader's Settings > Advanced Settings to clear cache. Restart the software. You can try multiple times.
3. Clear Chromium Folder: If no VPN is in use, delete the Chromium folder at the path below and restart the application:
Windows: C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\NablaMind\SurFast Video Downloader
Mac: /Users/xxxxx/Library/Application Support/NablaMind/SurFast Video Downloader

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please provide:
1. The version of SurFast Video Downloader (Windows or Mac) and its version number (Settings > About).
2. The video links you’re trying to download.
3. The vd_server.log file from the same path above.
