Very nice CRM

I find Swipe One very simple and useful. I'm not an expert but still I was able to use it without learning anything.
I found a issue so I asked for help and I received help almost instantly, and we solved the problem quickly. They were also kind and understanding.

Great tool from a reputable founder

I maxed out Swipe Pages a while back, and this is the perfect complement.

I'm onboarding now and excited about the roadmap.

Seeing Swami and team update Swipe Pages over the years gives me confidence that they'll do the same with Swipe One.

AI features are amazing

I have been using Activecampaign for the last 3 years. Swipeone has been the tool that finally convinced me to switch. It's easy, to the point and the AI features make your life extremely easy. The roadmap is looking quite promising as well.

Basic, yet simple and easy to use.

I was fully Max in Swipe One because I believe in the direction of this app. One of my business's weaknesses is not having a CRM, so I figured out that Swipe One is a tool I was looking for. When I onboarded the app, I encountered a few minor bugs and kept reporting them to support. Honestly, I appreciate how they handle support issues.

If a bug exists, they acknowledge it and work on improvements or updates within a few days. For example, the CRM table initially lacked a slider for scrolling right to view additional columns. They said it would be available in the next few days, and voilà, it is now available. Also, the simplicity of the UI is top-notch—it's clean and easy to navigate.

The AI capabilities of this app are incredibly impressive. I haven't explored them much yet, but it's definitely next on my list.

With the reputable founder and team, I consider this an investment and a fundamental tool for all my small businesses.

Simple but powerful

I've been trialling this for a week and recommend you at least give it a trial if you are looking for a email and CRM solution. There is a very good review of this product by Dave Swift (amongst other) on You Tube outlining how it works, so I'll just give a few personal thoughts:

I'm planning to use this to manage communications with a sports club (existing members) and to create a lead funnel with automated email sequences for new prospects.

It has good current functionality and roadmap looks promising so could be what you are looking for to replace an expensive subscription service.

Pros
- Interface is simple
- Relatively easy to create emails from simple to elaborate (in fact there are three different options from sending simple 1-2-1 emails from Gmail inbox to marketing campaigns.
- Drag and drop for automated sequences based on triggers... all the normal stuff you find in expensive email subscription products
- Integrates directly with Reoon for email validation (currently on AppSumo also)

Roadmap

The current functionality is pretty good but what will make this product excellent would be:
- Pipeline management functionality (I understand this is in development?)

- Add more functionality for email drafting - hyperlinks for text, code embeds (e.g., as part of lead generation it is essential to have links or embeds for other services such as booking calendars (Zcal) or shopping carts (ThriveCart) in emails.

- More integrations to be able to get leads into the apps (other than just Zapier). e.g. Pabby / webhooks would be great, along with some other direct integrations with popular Appsumo products. e.g., zCal, Tidycal.

Finally
- Note that to get your domain set-up, you need a bit of knowledge or help to input the settings with your hosting provider.
