I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. While I can't diagnose the exact cause, it sounds like there may be a hiccup in the communication between the AppSumo platform and the SyncHits site during the account authorization.
Don't worry though — we’ll get you up and running in no time! If you haven’t already, please email synchits@audiosocket.com with a quick description of the...
You are right. Audiosocket was founded in 2007 and is a pioneer in DTC music licensing. SyncHits however is a brand new catalog offering from Audiosocket. The media player was built in 2021 and was improved and repurposed for SyncHits in 2025.
Writing "copyright 2021" does not have any indication when a company was formed. It generally indicates when the expression was fixed in tangible media. So, a company founded in 2007 may not write 2007 on a website built in 2021.
I am an author -- I have a single-member LLC and run social media accounts for marketing purposes. I do not create content for other people or work with brands. Would this be personal? or commercial? The accounts are business accounts, but they are all mine.
Also, is there more detailed license info available anywhere to see before purchasing?
Since the social media accounts are business accounts tied to your LLC—even if you're only promoting your own work—this likely falls under Tier 2 (Limited Commercial Use) to stay on the safe side.
Tier 2 covers content used for business or brand promotion, even if you're not working with clients or external brands. It ensures you're fully covered for marketing your...
Hi Just to clarify, if I'm creating YouTube or TikTok content and my channel gets enough views to make money on those platforms, Tier 1 is still acceptable?
Examples - I use your music in my product reviews that share my Amazon Affiliate link to get commissions - I talk over funny clips with your music in the background and YouTube runs ads and gives me a commission. - I make a video for things on the TikTok shop that gets me commissions with your music under my voice.
Tier 1 covers media posted to your own personal channels. From your examples above, Tier 1 is fine as long as the media you're creating is ONLY being published on your personal channels. IF you post them on other business channels or you create web ads or promotional videos and run them on other channels or deliver these videos to clients, then...

Q: Problem Activating
I purchased this product.
However, I'm encountering a 500 error when trying to activate it from the product page. What could be causing this?
What should I do to fix this issue?
P.S. I've already emailed the platform, but the problem hasn't been resolved yet, and I haven't received a response.

Q: Personal Social with income?
Hi
Just to clarify, if I'm creating YouTube or TikTok content and my channel gets enough views to make money on those platforms, Tier 1 is still acceptable?
Examples
- I use your music in my product reviews that share my Amazon Affiliate link to get commissions
- I talk over funny clips with your music in the background and YouTube runs ads and gives me a commission.
- I make a video for things on the TikTok shop that gets me commissions with your music under my voice.
All these don't conflict with Tier 1, correct?
