Q: Problem Activating
I purchased this product.
However, I'm encountering a 500 error when trying to activate it from the product page. What could be causing this?
What should I do to fix this issue?
P.S. I've already emailed the platform, but the problem hasn't been resolved yet, and I haven't received a response.
