Why are you leaving an unfinished and inconvenient solution? The logic is incomplete; for example, the calendar isn't functional, and I don’t understand where things are located. There are many more examples like this. Please refine the existing features so we don’t end up with a mess of half-working logic in the functions. The previous platform was fine, but now it’s turning into a dump.
I purchased Tier 2 and seem to be in a welcome sequence that is getting me to "upgrade" from the free trial of Taja before my trial runs out? I'm confused as to why that would be the case after purchase from AppSumo, and when I sent an email to the founder/support they bounced back as undeliverable. Can someone help me understand how I get some support?
How does your SEO/keyword analysis work please? Is it similar to how VidIQ ranks YouTube video topics? Also, since you were just on sale this week: I had Taja in my cart & thought I completed the purchase right before AppSumo's site crashed yesterday on SumoDay. ....but apparently the purchase didn't complete and then I honestly forgot to come back and buy because I was buying so many LTDs at the same time... So my second question is when will you be back for sale on AppSumo, please? It stings that hours ago I could have still made this purchase. Thanks in advance.
