Unfortunately, I was not able to reach customer support at Taja.
I had a problem activating my Appsumo codes, and they are still not activated because customer support is non-responsive. I'm very disappointed.

Taja works perfectly in my computer, fast, reliable and stable. It saves me lots of time to do video SEO optimization. The beauty is I can upload the auto generated thumbnails, shorts, all these SEO optimization to YouTube video link automatically. The support is also available to provide technical assistance. Keep up the good work. Well done !

sometimes it really hits the nail on the head. good value, but a lot of the time it spits shorts/reels out under 540pixels wide so they cant be used on social media. This makes this very hard to use and scale as it requires you to resize in a totally different software and process. Very hard to scale this way. and there are no options to request "always download greater than 540pixels" or any control over the output from taja. super frustrating.

Also, The site is down all of the time. glitching and making you wait hours and then not delivering the product. This is sporadic so you never know when it is going to work right. super hard to depend on. support just says, we deleted that video, please try again. not helpful.

Come on guys, fix the simplest glitches and get this product to 5 Stars!

They scheduled a zoom call with me, made me wake up half way through sleep and then never showed up to the zoom call.

Unfortunately, the resolution of the downloaded videos is not suitable for social channels because it is 608x1088.
And the support keeps repeating that it's fine with them
