sometimes it really hits the nail on the head. good value, but a lot of the time it spits shorts/reels out under 540pixels wide so they cant be used on social media. This makes this very hard to use and scale as it requires you to resize in a totally different software and process. Very hard to scale this way. and there are no options to request "always download greater than 540pixels" or any control over the output from taja. super frustrating.

Also, The site is down all of the time. glitching and making you wait hours and then not delivering the product. This is sporadic so you never know when it is going to work right. super hard to depend on. support just says, we deleted that video, please try again. not helpful.

Come on guys, fix the simplest glitches and get this product to 5 Stars!

They scheduled a zoom call with me, made me wake up half way through sleep and then never showed up to the zoom call.
