Great Product- Horrible customer service You can have an awesome product and mess it up with horrible customer service. How can you have a software as a service and not have support answer questions or provide assistance when it's needed??? I've tried contacting you through your intercom and through email, but nobody has gotten back to me. This is ridiculous. This is the worst purchase I've made on AppSumo.
