A: Hmm can you send us a video to support at taskmagic dot com I’ll check it. I just checked. A lot of things went down with Google servers today service might’ve affected the links. I’ll look

Maybe your browser is cached. Try and hard refresh of the download page and lemme know

I used a different browser and indeed I could see a newer version, 2.02 which I downloaded but I still get a white screen on the software. I am using Mac 13.7.6 (22H625)

No VPN, but I can turn one on if you think it will help? I'm in Australia

Normally the only time we’ve seen an issue like this it’s been fixed by using a vpn or disabling an active vpn. If that doesn’t work for you can you write into [email protected]

Support have not responded for 3 days. I see a new app version 2.02 but I still have the same error.
