Do you offer functionality to disconnect calls when people are just testing or playing with the AI voice agent unnecessarily? For example, after a few minutes, a call without moving to the next stage in the agent's workflow will be automatically dropped by saying good bye...
Q: Passing on Summarized Data from Thoughtly to Google Sheet
Hello, I purchased Tier 4 for my house cleaning business, and I'm thrilled with the results so far. AI closed three bookings within just 2 hours of launching it. In our process, AI gathers information such as name, phone number, email, service address, & date of appointment. The AI then uses our pricing guide to generate a quote before the call ends.
I am looking for the easiest way to extract all this vital information from the call summaries and send it to a Google Sheet, allowing our virtual assistants to create booking links for customers. We've tried various Zapier formatters, but they don't seem to capture the necessary data from the call summaries.
Additionally, Zapier doesn't have access to Thoughtly "contacts," so we're unable to work around this issue. Is it possible to customize the tabs under Contacts to suit our use case?
A: You'd need to create an automation that uses our AI nodes to extract variables from a call transcript and then shoots it out to any other integration via Zapier.
Thanks for the response. Sounds like I'll need to have some coding experience. Is there a step by step you can share with me to achieve extracting the variable from a call and how do I shoot the info to zapier?
Yeah, no coding experience needed at all. You can get it done from the automations interface in just a few clicks. I'll try to record a video for you next week. Please send me an email so we can be in touch: carlos@thoughtly.com

Q: Clarification Questions
Hello Support Team,
1.) Can I integrate your software to my CRM of choice?
2.) Can your chatbots schedule appointments on my calendar for me?
3.) Can I provide a script with conditional logic? Will your software know how to respond based on answers?
4.) Can different scripts be used based on the campaigns? Will the chatbot make the adjustments?
5.) Can different campaigns share the same phone number? Will the chatbot adjust based on the campaigns using the same phone number?
