Q: Agency Clarity
I'm not fully understanding the differences between the individual plan and the agency plan- can you please explain further? We don't have any internal team to coordinate with, however I would like to offer this as an add-on service to several of my website customers. Would the Agency plan be good for that use case?

The TidyCal Agency plan is designed specifically for teams, where multiple people need to have their own team booking pages, and you can manage their booking types centrally from one account.
If you don't have an internal team to coordinate with, and you're looking to offer TidyCal as an add-on service to your website customers, the Agency plan wouldn't really fit that use case, as it's not intended for reselling or managing bookings on behalf of unrelated clients.
For your situation, your customers would each need their own individual TidyCal accounts to manage their own bookings independently.
