Q: Can this be used for clients within an agency?
As an agency, can TidyCal be used for different clients where I'd be able to give each of them different logins, allow them to create different calendars, create different Stripe/Paypal setups, etc. without being able to see other client's information? Would even be fine with buying each of them separate licenses, my only concern would be adding myself to each of the accounts (since I assume I'd have to have a bunch of different logins/create a bunch of different emails).

Sep 8, 2025A: At this time, what you’re describing is not supported. The Agency plan we’ve designed is intended for use within a single company—where multiple team members can be managed under one account—not for one company to manage separate client companies with independent logins, calendars, and payment setups.
If you’d like each client to have their own fully separate TidyCal environment with their own calendars and payment integrations, the best option would be for each of them to purchase their own TidyCal license and manage their own accounts directly. In that setup, yes—you would need separate logins for each client account.
I understand how it would be convenient to manage multiple clients under one umbrella, and I’ll share your feedback with our product team for review.
