I love the simplicity of TidyCal, but it would be very helpful to be able to charge applicable taxes for paid bookings. It this option already available, and if not, is it on the roadmap?

Right now, TidyCal does not have a built-in feature to automatically add or calculate taxes on paid bookings. Payments collected through TidyCal (via Stripe or PayPal) are passed through as flat amounts without tax handling.
We’ve seen this request from other users as well, and our team has it noted on the feature request list/roadmap. While I don’t have an exact ETA to share, it is being considered for a future update.
In the meantime, some users work around this by:
- Including tax in the base price of the booking type.
- Or, adding a note in the booking description that the fee includes applicable taxes.
