TravisMPLSQ: Do you integrate with Vectara? (Another Appsumo deal)
Would love to use Tidycal for the Calendly style ease of use and nice front end - and SMS reminders for meetings but really want the ability to record my video meetings and access recordings using Vectera

Short answer: we don’t have a native Vectera/Vectara integration right now. Supported video providers are Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
Here are two reliable ways to make it work today:
Use a static Vectera room link
Edit your Booking Type → Details → Location → choose Static link and paste your Vectera room URL. This adds your Vectera link to all confirmations/invites.
Automate with Zapier or API
Zapier: Trigger on New Booking in TidyCal → create a Vectera meeting via your own webhook/action → update your attendee with that Vectera URL (e.g., send an email/SMS from your stack). Our FAQ explicitly recommends Zapier for extending notifications like SMS.
API: If you prefer code, use our API to listen for bookings and programmatically create Vectera rooms, then notify attendees. (API access is available per our Integrations page.)
