Q: How do I use TidyCal for payments with Stripe?
I have successfully connected TidyCal to my Stripe account and enabled it both on Stripe and TidyCal. I have two options clients can book for two different prices. There is no "TidyCal" option to process them (as show in the utube video), just the Stripe or Paypal in the dropdown menu the payment does not go through when I test it. Ho can I connect the Booking Payment to a correlating invoice in Stripe for the two different options/prices? I thought this was possible over TidcCal. Many thanks.

Thank you for your email and your question.
We have stepped away from the TidyCal payment due to the lack of functionality.
This type of payment is not available anymore, sadly.
You may use either Stripe or PayPal in the settings of the booking type, so make sure one option is chosen and saved before you test the booking type and payments.
There is no option to connect the booking payment to a correlating invoice in Stripe.
You will want to create invoices in your Stripe account manually.
