Q: How to get in touch when things do not function?

Hi there, making use of Tidycal for a longer period although not intensively. But I run into issues and I am not able to get in touch with Tidycal - The helpchat (bot) just gives: an error occured and I do not have any email from Tidycal to get in touch or start a ticket.
Problems:
I see a lot of the same Booking types being created, I have no idea why and when and how they were created.
There is no "edit" option available and no optioe to delete a booking type. To summarize: it does not work anymore and I do not know how to get in touch.
