Pay without PayPal account

Question

I have paid  bookings  with paypal, but it only gives the option to pay with PayPal account, no credit or debit card option,  so if my client does not have a PayPal account he could not pay unless he create a new account. is there a way to pay without a paypal account? Does stripe gives the option to pay with credit or debit without an account,
