Q: Team members question

I am a little unclear with Team Members. - Are these people you can create a login for under your account and use one of your 25 calendar connections, or are they people with TidyCal accounts you can simple link to your account?

Also, I bought 2 x TidyCal accounts before Tier 2 was an option, to cover 2 people. Is there any way to refund one and upgrade to the newer Tier 2 (assuming the above question's answer is that you can have multiple logins/users)?

A: Team Members are other TidyCal users you invite into your Team. There’s no limit on members, and each connects their own calendars. Your 25 calendar connections only apply to your own account.

If you bought two Tier 1 licenses before Tier 2/Agency was released, they’re outside the 60-day refund window. But you can upgrade one license to Tier 2 by paying just the upgrade difference (not the full amount):

That "Upgrade" doesn't work for people who purchased a Tier-1 License previous to the current offer (I.E. back in 2022) so how do we upgrade to this "Agency" plan now that upgrading our current license isn't an option?
