Q: TidyCal + Make Questions & Answer Fields.

Hey there - I'm attempting to setup a "Scenario" in Make (make.com) by connecting TidyCal bookings to a ClickUp task list.

However, when attempting to add / map fields for questions and answers I ask during the booking phase in TidyCal, it appears the only fields I can map are the out-of-the-box fields from TidyCal (Name, Email.... and... that's about it....)

NOTE: I ask additional questions such as Phone Number, Website URL, Details about their booking, etc. And I would like to map those in the Make.com Scenario between TidyCal and ClickUp.

Can you please clarify if this is possible or.... impossible at least? And if it's possible, I think a TON of people would love to see HOW you can accomplish this in some kind of document / page you can share.

When it comes to mapping fields for the questions and answers you collect during the TidyCal booking phase, the integration currently supports mapping basic out-of-the-box fields like Name and Email. However, it does allow you to map a custom question—but only if you have a single question in your booking form. If you try to map multiple custom questions, you'll likely encounter issues, as the integration doesn’t fully support mapping multiple questions.

So, while you can map one custom question, handling multiple custom questions in this way isn't possible at the moment. We understand the importance of this feature for your workflow, and we appreciate your suggestion about creating a guide. We’ll take that into consideration for future improvements.
