Is it possible for me to share a single link where people can book appointments that fill the schedules of 5 team members at the same time?
For example, if all 5 members have availability on Thursday at 12 PM, can 5 different people book with 5 different team members at that same time slot?
And another point: is it possible to have a form before the booking with a rule, for example, if someone answers that they have job “X,” they’re allowed to schedule a time, but if they answer that they have job “Y,” they’re redirected to a page saying they’ve successfully registered and should wait for the team to contact them?
I know this is possible on Calendly — can it also be done with your platform?

First, regarding a single link that distributes bookings across multiple team members:
TidyCal does not support a unified link that automatically assigns different team members to the same time slot. Each booking type can only be connected to one host’s availability.
There is no feature that pools multiple hosts’ calendars into one scheduling link or auto-rotates availability across several team members.
To allow each of your 5 members to take a booking at the same time, you would currently need 5 separate booking types, each connected to the individual’s calendar.
For your second question about conditional form rules before booking:
TidyCal does not offer conditional logic in forms. Our booking form collects standard fields, and while you can add custom questions, there is currently no way to trigger rules, branching, or redirects based on a user’s answer.
Every booking flows through the same standard process, and conditional routing (e.g., redirecting some users to a “we’ll contact you” page instead of allowing them to schedule) is not supported.
