I acquired two separate "licenses" for TidyCal, one for each of my businesses. While I now do most of my appointments/payment work through my CRM, I DID like TIdyCal, which I was saving as a backup, just in case anything happened with my CRM connections.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed that since purchasing my two LTD licenses, the powers that be have decided to charge a 1% platform fee to all TidyCal "basic" edition paid bookings. I am on Stripe Connect with two other non-competing platforms and am not charged a "platform fee". I don't need TidyCal Pro and don't desire to upgrade just to avoid a platform fee. It's not the extra $79, it's the principle of the matter. This was not part of what was described, cost wise, when I originally purchased TidyCal.

I have several high value programs that I don't want to charge each participant upwards of $50+ nor eat $1,000 from my profit by covering it myself. I'm already paying 2.9% + $0.30 in the United States for Stripe but I do also have international students, which already cost me more in Stripe fees.

While I know things can change in how a software product works, this additional charge to use what I already purchased and have used is basically a breach of trust, if not legally a breach of contract.

Meanwhile, I have purchased TidyCal and have the ability to use it, should I desire. I know many others are also more than disappointed. I just regret that TidyCal needed to make that decision.

Ich habe bereits verschiedene Buchungssysteme ausprobiert, doch keines war so einfach und verständlich zu bedienen. Auch die Einrichtung ist unkompliziert und schnell erledigt.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. TidyCal bietet gerade kleinen Unternehmen eine grossartige Möglichkeit, Online-Buchungen anzubieten, ohne dafür hohe laufende Kosten tragen zu müssen.

I haven't really needed to use their product since I bought it a few years ago, however, now that I am using it, overall it seems good, however, I pretty much agree with the previous comment from another user 493. I may need to look elsewhere in the future to maintain branding of my own product, a feature as a business owner I appreciate with the general features of the LTDs from appsumo. Also, I have had some trouble with the functionality of the pages, but I just either deal with it or find another option. Overall, it is meeting my needs.

TidyCal originally was a great LTD for a product that was entering a market that was already flooded with calendar appointment setter tools. However, along the way they're starting to take away from the promises they made toLTD users. If you go through the reviews here you will see that they're taking away from LTD purhcasers and starting to charge for features. One of the reasons that I bought the LTD (I bought both the individual and then the agency when it became available) was that I prefer not to use branded tools. I run a business, and using my brand is necessary for professionalism. Well, since AppSumo decided they want to abandon what has made them successful and what has brought in their client base, you now have to pay monthly to remove TidyCal branding. Between that and charging LTD users for other features, this is a no-go. You might as well go to the tool that has been consistent from the beginning, which is one of their competitors. Also, their AI chat support is the absolute worst.

I bought this product a few months ago and as of late last month they send out a surprise that there is now a forced added platform fee, that I did not agree too and now I’m outside my return window.

As the company is adding negative features and forcing lifetime users into it, I would not purchase. Want to remove the brand new (for existing LTD) and undisclosed (for any new subscribers as i don’t see it listed) is very shady. I want the product I paid for not the added fees after I can no longer refund it…
