I need to get some clarifications from you.
1) Messages per month 2) Characters 3) Numbers of chatbot.
For the item number 1, there is a limit on the messages send per month, then what is the characters you limit to?
About the number of chatbots, is it I can set different chatbot for a business? Is this deal only for 1 business, and I can use this livechat widget on any domains?

1. Messages per month: We apply limits on the amount of messages sent per month, each tier has its own limit, Tier 7 having the highest limit with 200K messages p/m. The reason for this is to allow fair usage of our infrastructure, even you bring your own API Key, there is still cost on our side for compute, storage, maintenance etc. Message limits...

You can create as many workspaces as you wish. We offer 1 seat as a token of gratitude to Tier 7 plans, otherwise seats are available as a monthly add-on that can be purchased separately.
Congrats on the workspaces launch. I can't see these mentioned in the pricing table. I think if you return the pricing table could do with a simplification - it's hard to see the differences between tiers.

I'm not sure what is going on with the pricing table, I think there is a new design being released or being A/B tested by Appsumo, and the new pricing table doesn't accommodate the existing tier vs feature structure.. But, agreed, new features should be reflected.
Had this in my cart. After three days of testing I went to checkout and suddenly gone. I read the codes ran out. But will this take much longer to resolve? I have a project thats on a deadline to finish. Should I wait or move in a different direction? Will this resolved quickly?
