You can skip the optional web integration entirely, and just automate replies on your WhatsApp Business number via Meta API.

Your chatbot with its knowledge base (docs/urls) + rate limits will be connected to your WhatsApp number.

What we are missing from your requirements is: custom rules like keyword triggers and handoff. The handoff option will be available in the future based on keyword trigger but we do not yet have it available.

You can already give it a try by creating a free account at Tiny Talk, integrate it with your WhatsApp and use the limited message quota we provide to test-drive the application.
