Great question. While we have overlaps, think of Notifia as a toolbox with growth hacks for your website, i.e. getting them to sign up.
Tooltip on the other hand is skewed toward messaging your website visitors/users, i.e. educating customers, providing help, announcing changes.
Omus-GnilHm, they seem to do the exact same things even multiple popups/messages.

I can, but it's more about positioning, making the product easier to use for a specific use case.
One thing we have is a Container, essentially an iframe where you can drop in HTML tags to run interactive content.
This way you can embed surveys, polls, micro games, etc. and use the same triggers, targeting and segmentation to surface this content to relevant users in context of the page/task at hand
