Team Trafft,

Greetings! I am part of a closed professional group that is looking for a custom, private, low-cost solution were we can generate professional events/rsvp for members and for select invitees. We are moving away from LinkedIn and definitely not using FB.

Events would have the usual: date, time, location, contact information, description, member image, logo, and the typical yes/no/maybe-so selection.

Right now, all events would be free so we don't need to handle multiple payment methods (per professional host/event).

Kicker: Since everyone is an individual professional/member, we would need to have the ability to login to maintain control of events, avoid spam, and keep miscreants at bay.

This would be a little bit of AddEvent and RSVPify.

What do you think? Possible or too much in the wrong direction?

Cheers!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I believe Trafft would be great for your purpose, we just focused on some industries, not all. The best way to check - is to try it.

The Events feature is in development, and unfortunately, I won't be able to provide you with the ETA. I could say around Q4 this year, due to some features with higher priority. I will be sure to let you know as soon as it is released.

But if you would like to choose a certain date and time you can use the Special Days feature and will not use the Working Hours at all (you can leave it empty), Special Days feature is a custom feature and is here to help you create a different schedule than the regular one for your employees. This schedule applies only to the date or range of dates for which you set it and doesn't repeat each day and week as the regular working hours do.

Find out more here: https://docs.trafft.com/article/43-special-days.

In Trafft you can assign one of the predefined roles https://docs.trafft.com/article/21-users-and-roles to your users such as Employee, Admin, or Superadmin with which you can define different permission for different users, or you can create your own custom role to assign to your users and chose which permissions you want them to have. With Custom Roles you can limit or allow a certain level of management for each of your roles by deciding which entities in Trafft you want them to be able to view, manage or delete.

You can find out more here: https://docs.trafft.com/article/61-create-custom-roles-for-your-users.

If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Have a nice day!

Isidora,

Thank you for the well thought-out response. I have purchased a Tier 2 and I am going through the process now to see how well it will work for me and our group. Our employees will be the group members (we come from all over). That said, we don't have a shared calendar to post the events to. This will be the only item of note that I need to figure out as most do not want to have a separate email just for the group and posting events.

Administrative logistics. #fwp

Again, thank you and we look forward to the advanced features coming over the next few months.

Cheers!

I register for the second tier just to realise there is a maximum email notification, you can have unlimited staff and else but you get a limit of 50 emails ?

is there something wrong or is this intentional ?

after adding a staff, and getting them an email to create a login, this email can be edited somewhere ? also there is the trafft visuals there, any way we can add the company visuals ?

once the staff is logged in, is ti possible for the staff to see only they shedule ? not everyone aswell ?

I mean staff can click on they icon in the calendar, but in our case they do not need to be able to click on everyone else

thank you for your help

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1) The limit of 50 emails only applies to the free version, please reach out to our support team at help@trafft.com so they can look up your account.

2) Invitation emails cannot be adjusted at the moment, we will add more white-label options in the future Trafft updates.

3) In Trafft you can assign one of the predefined roles to your users such as Employee, Admin, or Superadmin with which you can define different permission for different users, or you can create your own custom role to assign to your users and chose which permissions you want them to have. With Custom Roles you can limit or allow a certain level of management for each of your roles by deciding which entities in Trafft you want them to be able to view, manage or delete. Is there already an integration with Microsoft Teams. After successful booking, I would like to automatically send the customer a Microsoft Teams link at the selected time/date. Is that possible?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Currently, there is no such feature built-in.

That is high on our to-do list, we do not have an exact ETA, but this will be done soon.

It would be great if you left your email as well, so we can notify you once this feature is implemented,

Thanks!

Have a nice day!

I have questions:

1/ please make autosave an option, I've lost 30 min of writing a description for an event...

2/ The mandatory "PAY ON-SITE" mention is certain to scare people off when I've set the price to 0EUR :/ That doesn't make sense at all.

Is there an option to remove entirely mentions of payments? I run a non-profit, and all activities are funded in advance by sponsors.

3/ I have 1 zoom account pro for the entire activities of the non-profit. From what I see, it is not possible for multiple people in my team to create zoom meetings. Is that correct? If so please, change this. I'm not buying 10 zoom accounts for 10 different peoples who never work at the same time or same place.

Thanks

2/ My mistake, this is only when an extra is added to the service.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1) I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page https://features.trafft.com/.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

2) You can hide the display of some elements with custom CSS, please reach out to our support team at help@trafft.com and they will help you with this.

3) You cannot assign the same Zoom user to multiple employees, you need to create multiple Zoom users to connect them to your employees. Or your employees can sign in with their personal accounts, you can find that option under Settings >

Features & Integrations > Zoom:

"Allow employees to sign in with personal Zoom accounts" - This option allows your employees to connect their personal Zoom accounts with their profile. If you leave the option disabled that will mean that only you will be able to connect your employees with Zoom users on your Zoom account. If enabled, employees will be able to connect their profile with their zoom users on their individual Zoom accounts (in that way you will not need the paid Zoom plan but your Zoom users and meetings will not be centralized in one account).

Find out more about Zoom Integration here: https://docs.trafft.com/article/37-zoom-integration.

If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
