Great for Booking, but Limited Scheduling Customization
I wanted to leave a very favorable review for this software. I love the interface, most of the functionality is there, and the support is great.
However, there's a massive disconnect on the Minimum time required before booking option: It's set at the business level. This means you set it once, and all services follow.
What if you don't want to allow booking a particular service for a week or a few days out? There's no way to change it! I've contacted support, several times and the idea has been upvoted: https://features.trafft.com/438
This is as simple as moving the variable from the business level, to where it should be at the service level.
Until this occurs, the solution is basically useless for any service business.
