Having bought this quite some time ago after seeing that ‘packages’ (groups of services and/or allotted time to be redeemed against services) has still not been included DESPITE being upvoted on Trafft’s roadmap a total of 196 times.

ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY SIX USERS waiting for that service.

Look on the roadmap and you’ll see it’s amongst the most highly requested features.

It’s been marked as ‘planned for later’ for around a year now, and management hasn’t answered multiple calls on the roadmap for clarification.

Given the strong dev team behind this app’s WP plugin, WP Amelia, it’s absolute rubbish conduct to leave folks hanging like this.

It also doesn’t make much sense - so one assumes there has to be a solid reason, and yet zero communication.

I sent an email enquiring - nothing. No reply.

You don’t buy these deals expecting everything you want on your time frame, but at the same time it’s reasonable to expect a very standard feature to be produced in a reasonable time frame….

Doubly so when it’s built for multiple locations and employees and designed to streamline business practices.

So here’s me hoping that my speculation based on the team behind the app pays off in the not too distant future as opposed to coming to nothing viable like so many other deals I’ve bought on Appsumo.
