If you are looking at booking apps and you have not grabbed Trafft yet, all I can say is you’ll be sorry if you don’t!

I have been using a well known booking app for a couple of years but they simply did not want to do coupon codes. It also got rather messy in dealing with my monthly series and having to organize a load of workflow emails to have that covered. I wanted out! In comes Trafft to the rescue! I can use their pre-written emails, I can customize them and I can make my own!

I am amazed at the extensive set up that they have to cover everything and the relative ease at setting it up. It took me a little bit more than 5 minutes only because I have numerous custom emails that I need to send for my various offerings. Even with not being tech savvy, Trafft made it easy.

I now have a beautiful booking page with all my offering each with graphics and description. I am ready for clients to book their service and receive all the notifications they need concerning their appointment and more. As for my services - I offer 2 types of individual sessions and 3 types of packages that have recurring sessions each. I look forward to adding my recurring events to the mix soon, especially since I will not have to figure out when the emails have to go out by counting the days from the first session, like I had to with the other company that doesn’t do recurring events.

Another great Trafft benefit is a clearly arranged dashboard that helps me keep track of all my details from appointments, clients, employees, to other important items such as money intake!

Lastly, the Trafft support has been stellar. They have patiently walked through minor issues I was having because of the re-orientation to a new set up and to help me navigate a work around on the calendar syncing.
