Q: Support needed- No "Help & Feedback" option in my account; transcribed video not visible in account
Hi,
The programme did not work for me as I uploaded a video of 90 min, which was taken off my 120 min, but it is not visible under "Transcribed files" - there it says "No content".
Moreover there is no way to contact customer service - supposedly there should be a "Help & Feedback" option in my account, but this is not the case, only the "My library" option is there.
Also when I wanted to use the AI option for removing filler words (before my video had disappeared), it did not work.
Please get back to me and solve this issue or refund the purchase.

I am sorry you are having issues with Trebble. I will be to look into your account directly to see what is happening. If that is okay with you, could you go on the Trebble website and use the chat in the bottom right corner. If you send a message there, We should be able to help you and help recover your lost minutes and figure out what went wrong.
The option to remove filler words should work fine as well. I will be more than happy to help you figure it out. I appreciate your patience.
