I have a large community of followers on Facebook (https://facebook.com/solesky.itatlan) and I had been pressured by FB no to use some words or topics which had made my life harder when it comes to communicating with my followers. And on top of that the COPPA law that enter on effect on January 1, 2020, this is the perfect time to migrate my followers and my paid customers to a private, solid and neat social platform. When I saw the Appsumo deal I did´nt excite and purchase 3 codes. One for my FB followers (open to everyone), a second one for my VIP students (paid spanish customers) that had purchased $1,000+ courses and one for english speaking students.

That way I have 3 (custom domain) social media, beside is so cheap that is worth to buy more than one app.

Here is an idea for the ones that are still thinking on how to use a social app. If you sell any kind of service (digital or fisical), you could offer your high paying customers access (to you thru the app) to premium material (as in Patreon). I would not add my paying customer to a facebook private group since I can not say what I want and beside, if my account is ever banned then I won´t lose contact with my community.

Think about it. There are many laws that are going to be affecting the way people communciate on the big social networks like Facebook, Instagram, Tick Tock, Youtube and others that you can´t risk no to have an open communication with your clients, users or students. This is the perfect time to create your social media that you control.

Tribe is easy to setup! It took 5 minutes to setup everything. Is easy and intuitive. And on top of that you are getting unlimited active users and white-label social site. What more can you ask for?
I´m not saying that Tribe is pefect, but is close.
