I love how seamlessly it works across all my devices and apps—no extra plugins, no complicated setup. I rely on it for content generation, automation, and working with my own knowledge base, yet it still manages to feel simple and intuitive in everyday use.

I've used another AI assistant (Voila, bought here on Appsumo) for several years and it's been invaluable. I was looking to increase my efficiency though, and give myself additional perspectives with some more software which ideally would both work in app, and give me acess to (and credits with) other LLMs.
My other AI assistant gives access to ChaptGPT only, whereas Triplo has multiple options to choose from.

It's also great for in-app work so I don't have to open another window when I'm working in MS word, Scrivener or whatever. I use it on my desktop when editing, to improve my writing via custom instructions about my author voice and style.

I bought the level 2 tier which lets me use it on 3 devices. The customizable chat aspect for example on my Android mobile is invaluable too.

Triplo has great instructional videos as well, and it's there where I got the guidence for long form document (ie 'book') editing.

On the customer service front, Felipe's personal help is second to none. One of my very best buys on Appsumo.

Pros -

Saves Me Tons of Time:
This tool is seriously fast! I used to spend hours writing blog posts and marketing emails. Now I get them done in minutes.

Makes Quality Content:
I was worried the writing would sound robotic or weird, but it actually sounds natural!

Super Cheap Compared to Others:
I checked out other AI tools like Jasper and Copy.ai, and they cost a LOT more money every month.

Easy to Learn:
I'm not a tech expert, but I figured out Triplo AI in like 20 minutes. The buttons are clear, everything makes sense, and I didn't need to watch hours of tutorials.

Works Anywhere:
I can use Triplo AI on my laptop, phone, and tablet.

Helps My SEO Rankings:
My blog posts started showing up higher on Google after using Triplo's SEO tools.

Hotkeys Are a Game Changer:
I can press a quick keyboard shortcut and boom—Triplo AI pops up ready to help. No clicking through menus or opening new windows.

Great for Different Jobs:
I use it for emails, social media posts, blog articles, and even quick notes. It handles all of them well.

I purchased Tier 3 a while ago, and I don't want to be without it anymore. It runs on my Linux Mint PC, where it integrates perfectly with my workflow and all my desktop apps. I particularly like the webhook feature, which allows me to connect Triplo with tools like n8n, boost.space, and Google Sheets. I also use it with API keys from OpenAI, Anthropic, and OpenRouter. If I had one more wish, I would love to see a Straico AI integration.

In the beginning, it took some time to understand how to use all the features, but their YouTube channel is very helpful. There, you can find well-designed instructions for each function in Triplo AI. I believe it can enhance your productivity from day one. If you get stuck at some point, make sure to set aside some time each day to follow along with these video tutorials. After a week or two, you'll be a Triplo AI master :-) Soon, you'll be using it habitually without having to think about how to do things. Overall, it's very easy to use once you understand the basics. For me, it's one of the best productivity tools I've ever purchased on AppSumo. All in all, a highly recommendable tool.

I’m always excited when a software product returns to AppSumo, especially one with strong user ratings like Triplo. I purchased Triplo about 10 months ago but initially underutilized it due to juggling multiple AI tools. However, after dedicating focused time to fully explore Triplo’s capabilities recently, it has become an indispensable part of my daily workflow across various systems.

Platform Compatibility:
Triplo offers native desktop clients for Linux, macOS, and Windows, along with mobile apps for Android and iOS. I think that is pretty cool.

Features and Functionality:
Triplo provides access to numerous large language models (LLMs), and I’ve yet to exhaust my generous monthly quota. It also supports BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), enhancing security and control. Local LLM integration through Ollama boosts offline functionality and privacy, which is a standout feature for anyone concerned about data security. Plus you can run Local LLM on your powerful machine and from there share it to all other devices, with Triplo license and within the network.

Key features I find particularly valuable:
- Custom prompts in Triplo allow fully customizable smart prompts triggered by shortcuts, enabling complex, multi-step workflows where the language model guides users through detailed processes.
- The detailed device management backend lets you configure settings for each device on your plan, providing granular control and basic admin privileges, which is especially useful for managing multiple users and limiting their access.
- With custom instructions, I create different AI personas tailored for various purposes, such as assisting with work or helping our children learn faster.
- Triplo’s Brain function is basically a micro Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) feature and enables the system to fetch information from custom knowledge bases that users upload themselves, facilitating interactive querying of documents like books or business materials. -
- Although Triplo’s automation features are powerful, they have a steep learning curve for my taste, but they offer the reassurance that complex tasks can be automated when necessary.

Areas for Improvement:
- The desktop overlay sometimes obstructs parts of my workspace. Pressing ESC hides it, but the interface can pop up unexpectedly, especially when switching Work Spaces, which occasionally disrupts my workflow.
- Keyboard shortcuts are inconsistent on some Linux distributions, impacting usability.
- The tablet app lacks landscape mode, limiting productivity on devices I’d like to use as secondary or travel screens. @Felipe, hope this is possible!
- The mobile app could benefit from a more minimalist interface to boost focus and ease of use—though this is a personal preference.

Support
- Customer support, led by Heba and Felipe, is consistently professional and friendly. Response times can be a few hours due to a small team and time zone differences, but overall, the support quality is excellent.

Summary:
- Triplo is an impressive, versatile AI platform packed with rich customization options, broad device support, and advanced features like local LLM integration. While minor UX issues exist, the responsive development team continuously improves the platform, and they always listen to AppSumo customers with a strong ongoing commitment. Fantastic !

There’s an enormous amount of potential with Triplo—I still feel I’m only utilizing about 5% of what it can really do. Ultimately, the extent to which you benefit depends on how deeply you engage with its capabilities.
